FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely local shaping of metal sheets.

SUBSTANCE: mill includes housing; table having motion drive unit; die having desired relief surface and secured to table; cross piece with vertical motion drive unit mounted in its center; shaft with elastic envelope for preliminary deforming; rigid deforming profiled shaft and smooth shaft with pressure rollers. Table carrying die is in the form of cylinder mounted with possibility of rotation around horizontal axis. Deforming rigid profiled shaft is mounted in center of stationary cross piece and it is joined with vertical motion drive unit. Shaft with elastic envelope for preliminary deforming and smooth shaft are mounted on edge portions of cross piece and they are spaced by the same distance from vertical axis of rigid deforming profiled shaft. Shaft for preliminarily deforming is mounted at side of feeding blank. Smooth shaft with pressure rollers is arranged at outlet of mill.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, lowered metal and energy consumption for making products in mill.
