FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to unloading facilities for freight cars with bottom unloading elements. Method for bottom unloading of waggonage consists in the fact that whenever bulk cargo is unloaded from freight car, bottom is displaced to one lateral side relative to line of cars coupling motion, and walls (4, 5) of car are displaced to the opposite side relative to line of cars coupling motion to its complete unloading. Bulk cargo is unloaded into lateral side relative to car into expanding gap between car bottom and its one (4) side wall, and opposite side wall (5) of car is used to displace bulk cargo to unloading area. Automated complex for bottom unloading of cars comprises rails bent according to curvilinear trajectory into one of side walls relative to motion of cars coupling and support guides (7), which are arranged with deviation to the opposite side. Side walls (4, 5) are arranged with hinged stops (6) for flat parallel displacement to lateral side relative to bottom of cars during interaction with support guides (7).
EFFECT: invention increases speed, efficiency of cars unloading, reduces losses of transported cargo and improves ecological safety of cars.
