FIELD: transportation; storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the transportation packages operation, in particular to unloading of the loaded flexible containers, used for the bulk goods transportation in open railway cars. For the bulk goods unloading using the flexible container, made in the form of insert, placed in the open box car. Unloading method involves removing accumulated deposits from the insert top, cutting off the insert top, opening the unloading hatches at the open box car bottom, cutting the insert bottom through the unloading hatches openings and the bulk cargo gravitational pouring out into the rail space into the receiving hopper. After the accumulated deposits removal from the insert top and cutting off this top, performing the unloading hatches opening outside the receiving hopper area. Here open hatches covers are cleaned of the previously carried cargo remains and the deposits accumulated in the gap between the open box car and the insert walls, after which the open box cars are installed along the unloading front into the receiving hopper, then starting the bulk cargo gravity unloading from open box car both sides, for on the unloading hatches extreme pairs which making the insert part L-shaped cut, visible in the open hatches opening, with formation of the screen, capable to protect the wheel sets against the bulk cargo ingress into their inner part and the spring unit, and on the other unloading hatches making the U-shaped cut of the insert visible part. Remaining after gravity unloading bulk cargo is removed by means of a scraper through open hatches from the car one side until complete cleaning of the corresponding insert half. Folding closing the open box car freed side hatch covers insert parts in a fold, preventing the bulk cargo from spilling onto the hatch cover and throwing it over to the open box car opposite half. Laying the insert side and end parts onto its bottom fold and cutting it along the open box car bottom transverse beam between the hatches. Removing the insert fragments through the open hatches, starting from the open box car end, then the cargo spillage remaining at the edges of the hatches covers is removed into the receiving hopper.
EFFECT: enabling elimination of the previously transported cargo residues and natural sediments ingress into the unloaded bulk material.
