SUBSTANCE: method involves examination of relative content indicators for pro-inflammatory (IL-1b, TNFα), anti-inflammatory (1L-4) cytokines, antiprotease system protein (α2-macroglobuline), diene conjugates (DC) and antioxidant activity (AOA) level in blood serum of patients in post-operation period, and K coefficient calculation by the formula. Post-operation period course is forecast on the basis of K value.
EFFECT: possible forecast of pyoinflammatory complication development at pre-clinical stage and correction of treatment course.
