SUBSTANCE: method involves determining proinflammatory interleukines TNFα, IL-1α, anti-inflammatory interleukines Il-4, IL-10 in patients. Integral indices of proinflammatory interleukines (P1,P2) and anti-inflammatory interleukines (P3,P4) ratio of their content in patients to mean value determined for healthy people cases. Prognostic inflammation index is calculated as ratio of integral indices of proinflammatory interleukines (P1xP2) to anti-inflammatory interleukines indices (P3xP4). The value being equal to or greater than 1.4, pyoinflammatory complication progressive development is to be predicted. Otherwise favorable clinical course is predicted.

EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
