SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology. To classify long bone fractures, parameters of immune system, antiprotease and coagulation blood systems and microcirculation are determined, respective values relative to averages for healthy people are calculated. K_1-3 rates are calculated by the formulas: K₁=P₁·P₂·P₃ where P₁ is relative content of international normalised ratio, P₂ is relative content of D-dimer, P₃ is relative product of microcirculation parameters, bypass parameter and maximum amplitude of respiratory component; K₂=P_4·P₅/P₆·P₇, where P₄ is relative content of TNFα interleukin, P₅ is relative content of IL- lα interleukin, P₆ is relative content of α₁-antitrypsin, P₇ is relative content of α₂-macroglobulin; K₃=P₈·P₉·P₁₀ where P₈ is relative content of TGFβ1, P₉ is relative content of lymphocyte/thrombocyte adhesion, P₁₀ is relative product of maximum amplitudes of neurogenic, myogenic and respiratory components of microcirculation. With K₁ over 1.5, risk 1 of thromboembolic complications is forecasted; with K₂ over 2.7, risk 2 of pyoinflammatory complications is forecasted; with K₃ under 0.9, risk 3 of delayed consolidation is forecasted.

EFFECT: possible classification of fractures based on pathogenetic mechanism of injury forming.
