FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology. To classify long bone fractures, parameters of immune system, antiprotease and coagulation blood systems and microcirculation are determined, respective values relative to averages for healthy people are calculated. K1-3 rates are calculated by the formulas: K1=P1·P2·P3 where P1 is relative content of international normalised ratio, P2 is relative content of D-dimer, P3 is relative product of microcirculation parameters, bypass parameter and maximum amplitude of respiratory component; K2=P4·P5/P6·P7, where P4 is relative content of TNFα interleukin, P5 is relative content of IL- lα interleukin, P6 is relative content of α1-antitrypsin, P7 is relative content of α2-macroglobulin; K3=P8·P9·P10 where P8 is relative content of TGFβ1, P9 is relative content of lymphocyte/thrombocyte adhesion, P10 is relative product of maximum amplitudes of neurogenic, myogenic and respiratory components of microcirculation. With K1 over 1.5, risk 1 of thromboembolic complications is forecasted; with K2 over 2.7, risk 2 of pyoinflammatory complications is forecasted; with K3 under 0.9, risk 3 of delayed consolidation is forecasted.
EFFECT: possible classification of fractures based on pathogenetic mechanism of injury forming.
