FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: projector has a Trofimov kaleidoscope, a projection lamp, a condenser, a circular arm support with a ring lug which serves as the awn of rotation of the Trofimov kaleidoscope tube, a circular arm support with a diaprojection objective lens, light opaque bellows, a single-phase reversible motor with a reducing gear, driving and driven tooth gears which rotate the Trofimov kaleidoscope tube, two V-belt pulleys, one of which is the driven pulley and is tightly superimposed with an opaque lining with a set of multi-coloured light filters of the Trofimov kaleidoscope, fitted into a bushing-ring on the housing of the condenser in order to turn the opaque lining with the set of multi-coloured light filters and the driven pulley, the common shaft of the driving and driven tooth gears and pulley, connected by one end to the shaft of the reducing gear of the single-phase reversible motor, and fitted into a ball bearing on a post by the other end. The projector can additionally have on an inclined shaft a sphere with hexagonal mirror plates, or a ball mirror which is wavy on a spiral relative the axis of rotation or a convex spherical mirror or a circular flat mirror.
