SUBSTANCE: complex of hardware-software means of the control and management of technological processes automation includes the general data bus and, at least, one controller containing input-output units, for input and processing of signals from gauges and output of management signals of executive mechanisms, and processor modules for management of modules of input/conclusion and executive to mechanisms by means of input-output units, thus the input-output units and processor modules are connected to the general data bus combining functions of controller system buses, field buses and a local area network, with possibility of formation of a uniform network of devices and formations of inquiries by them to any of the specified devices and responses to the inquiries addressed to it that realises data access of each of devices as from the devices entering into the same controller, and from external devices, including entering into other controllers, and access of each controller devices to the data from external devices, including entering into other controllers.

EFFECT: possibility of restrictions removal on number of modules of input-output and processor modules, connection of each processor module and the input-output module through the general data bus with the devices related not only to the given controller.
