SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of fodder additive manufacture immediately dealing with a technique and installation designed for sacchariferous products processing. A liquid sacchariferous product is delivered into a reservoir and heated to a sugar cracking temperature, the thermal treatment being combined with simultaneous pressurisation. After that water is vaporised and the resultant steam - removed. Then the sacchariferous product is chilled under pressure-tight conditions with water vaporised and the resultant steam removed at a temperature preventing the sacchariferous product solidification or material viscosification. The resultant product is delivered into containers where it is cooled to the ambient temperature yielding solid crystalline glassy nutritive blocks.

EFFECT: invention implementation provides for improved resource efficiency and environmental safety of the process of solid nutritive blocks production of a liquid sacchariferous product.
