SUBSTANCE: package comprises liquid container sealed with rupturable member and has cap connected to container end. Cap is made as a sleeve and may perform axial movement along container from the first position to the second one. Cutting member is made as a single unit with cap and adapted for rupturable member tearing. Package is opened by applying pressure to it. Package may be used with applicator.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of volatile liquid protection.
