FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns surgery and can be applicable for treatment of the ramex at disturbances of blood outflow on the left renal and ileal veins. A catheter is entered into a lumen of the left general ileal vein for intraoperative measurements of venous pressure. Measurement of venous pressure is made in the left general ileal vein more distally and more proximally level of a prelum and in a lumen of the bottom vena cava. Adnations between the right general ileal artery and the left general ileal vein are parted, and also between the left general ileal vein and the forward surface of the V lumbar vertebra. Control measurement of venous pressure is made. A catheter is deleted. Anastomosis is imposed between left testicular vein and the left general ileal vein.
EFFECT: method allows reducing risk of a thrombosing, to reduce risk of disturbance of function of an anastomosis.
