SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to vascular surgery. Urologic and angeologic examination with phlebography is performed and gradient of pressure between left renal and inferior vena cava is determined. Supposed value of gradient of testiculo-iliac anastomosis pressure is determined by formula

where dP is rated gradient of pressure between left renal and inferior vena cava (in mm Hg), P_ivc is pressure in inferior vena cave (in mm Hg), P_lrv.b.o.. is pressure in left renal vein before operation (in mm Hg), P_lciv. is pressure in left common iliac vein (in mm Hg), Q -is blood flow in left renal vein (in m³/s), R_ltv is hydraulic resistance of left renal vein is determined as where r_ltv is the radius of left testicular vein (m), l_ltv is the length of left testicular vein (m), γ is parametre of blood nonlinearity, µ is blood viscosity. Operation of testiculo-iliac anastomosis formation is considered indicated if gradient of pressure between left renal and inferior vena cava dP decreases to values from 0 to 4 mm Hg.

EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for determination of indications for testiculo-iliac anastomosis formation.
