SUBSTANCE: invention relates to otorhinolaryngology and can be applicable for preventive maintenance of a fibrous obliteration of a drum-type cavity after is conservative-sparing radical operation with a tympanoplasty. At presence of the handle of a hammer and the tympanic membrane rests at the patient make its cut to front from the handle of a hammer for placing of a ventilating tube in forward departments of a tympanic membrane at the final stage of operation after packing of a graft of a tympanic membrane and before the wad equipment in acoustical passage. In the absence of the rests of a tympanic membrane a tube is established in a cut of a formed tympanic membrane at its first signs of indrawing.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce probability of a tympanic membrane indrawing, to reduce risk of occurrence of a fibrous obliteration of a drum-type cavity.
