FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to ways of reception of a radioprotector on a basis of humic substances. According to the method processing of the aqueous solution containing humic substances and a molybdate of ammoniumis spent by wave radiation. The quantity of ammonium molybdate makes to 0.4 weight parts for 1 weight part of humic substances. Treatment with wave radiation is carried out to size of the maintenance of high-molecular fraction of humic substances not more by than 5%. As wave radiation choose radiation in an ultrasonic frequency range from 18 kHz to 66 kHz, with power of radiation from 0.5 to 5 W/cm3, or in a microwave frequency range from 30 to 0.3 HTz with power of radiation from 0.5 to 50 W/cm3. At frequency of wave radiation 2.45 HTz and powers 5 W/cm3 maintain temperature of a processed product in limits 60-70°C within 30-90 minutes. The humic substance is obtained by woody lignite oxidation.
EFFECT: offered method of a protectant obtaining from an ionising radiation provides reception of more homogeneous and stabler product at storage, at conservation of its radioprotective activity by depression of the maintenance of high-molecular fraction.
