SUBSTANCE: medicine is diluted with water for injections, a syringe, arms of the nurse and skin of the patient are prepared by the general rules of an asepsis. Then in the upper-external square of a cluneal muscle or in an external-lateral hip surface on depth of 7-8 cm perpendicularly to a surface by a puncture under an angle to a surface enter a syringe needle in thickness of 0.8-1.5 mm and length 8-10 cm, leaving thus 1 cm over the muffle. Control absence of blood in the syringe by a piston pulling on itself, and gradually supersede a solution up to the end with the subsequent excision of a needle. A cotton plug moistened in alcohol is pressed to a skin. The second, third and fourth injections are made in an intact breech or a hip. And the subsequent injections are made the fifth in a part of a body with the oldest puncture, preliminary by means of ultrasonic having defined intact properties of the chosen site of a muscle. Thus a puncture is carried out on the greatest possible excision from a place of the previous puncture. The way allows raising efficiency of protection of tissues from postinjection damage at repeated intramuscular introduction of preparations at the expense of additional delution of ready preparations by water for injections and alternating of places of introduction in certain sequence.

EFFECT: rising of safety of carrying out of repeated intramuscular injections.
