FIELD: rescue operations.

SUBSTANCE: present invention is meant for detecting emergencies and containing its consequences, primarily the catastrophic nature associated with a threat to the life and health of people, and causing material damages and polluting the environment. Aboard the air drone is mounted a surveillance device for the emergency region, particularly in the optical and/or infrared band, and also a device for determining the coordinates and a medium for transmitting data from the observation and coordinates via a radio channel. Device for remote piloting of the air drone and device for receiving observation data of the region of emergency and its coordinates via a radio channel is installed in the monitoring and control station. Devices for emergency relief operations are placed on a crew-manned vehicle. Device for receiving observation data of the region of emergency and its coordinates, height and speed of the air drone and demonstrating to the crew of the vehicle of emergency relief operation from an air drone or from a flight monitoring and control station is introduced.

EFFECT: integration into a unified system all the above mentioned means for emergency response, preventing technical slip-ups and operating errors.
