FIELD: rescue operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the detection of an emergency situation and the elimination of its consequences. Method of evacuation of the population, material and cultural values in the emergency mode includes monitoring of the situation with the help of on-board surveillance facilities, processing of these data, flight control of an unmanned aerial vehicle, delivery of small-sized cargoes using this aircraft, incl. means of radio communication, and the use of an unmanned aerial vehicle in a region of catastrophic nature for the liquidation of the consequences of an emergency situation. Moreover, when using the said aircraft, the coordinates of the passage are determined for the evacuation of the population, material and cultural values from the area of a catastrophic nature, throw off along the perimeter of the passage from the unmanned aircraft signal fireworks, and in hazardous areas of the passage – additionally noise charges, and as you move along the aisle of columns with the population on foot or by technical means of transportation, for example, on cars or buses, and/or technical means of transportation with material and cultural values, activate by means of beacons signal fireworks, indicating the reference points for safe passage in conditions of poor visibility, and in hazardous sections of the passage, noise charges are activated with the aid of beacons, additionally warning of the danger that has arisen. Complex of means of evacuation of the population, material and cultural values in the emergency mode includes a flight control system and airborne surveillance equipment of an unmanned aerial vehicle, means for liquidation of consequences of an emergency situation, intended for their delivery to the area of catastrophic character with the help of the named aircraft, and payload, executed in the form of small-sized cargoes, including radio communication means and means of their delivery to the controlled zone. Moreover, the payload additionally contains the means for organizing the passage for the evacuation of human and technical resources from a region of a catastrophic nature, made in the form of signal pyrotechnic and noise charges equipped with radio beacons intended to designate landmarks for safe passage in conditions of poor visibility and launch them in the activation mode when moving in an organized passage of columns with a population on foot or with technical means of transportation and/or technical means of transportation with material and cultural values.

EFFECT: method of evacuation of the population, material and cultural values in a mode of an emergency situation is offered.
