FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method for moulding of thermoplastic polymer nanocarbon composites consists in previous heating of granulated polymer nanocarbon composites to the temperature that is higher than melt temperature by 20-30°C with further injection in mold, and hardening of finished product. At that after it is cooled down to temperature of 20-25°C, it is exposed to short-term SHF-heating for 80-85 s.
EFFECT: improved strength characteristics of finished products from polymer composites on the basis of nanocarbon materials.
