FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: additional fuel is fed to combustion products before gas-turbine power plant. Waste heat boiler outlet is connected to steam pipeline between high-pressure and intermediate-pressure cylinders of cogeneration steam turbine as well as to condenser of that turbine. Steam is supplied from waste heat boiler to some part of intermediate pressure of steam turbine with temperature that exceeds steam temperature in that part by 50-70 degrees. Boiler capacity is reduced proportionally to waste heat boiler steam flow. At start-up of gas-turbine plant, and at load relief of steam turbine or gas-turbine plant, throttling is performed and steam is relieved from waste heat boiler to condenser. Steam pressure upstream some part of steam turbine intermediate pressure during winter is varied depending on season of the year.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing output and economy of combined heat-and-power plant.
