SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. Manoeuvre cogeneration plant containing low and high pressure compressors, combustion chamber, gas turbine, electric generator, main and additional counter-pressure steam turbines, waste heat steam boiler, first and second network heater, deaerator, steam pipelines of superheated steam, direct and return pipelines of heating network; waste heat boiler comprises: superheater, first and second stage evaporators, fuel afterburning chamber, economiser, gas-water heater, superheater is connected by steam lines with main and additional steam turbines; their exhausts are connected to the first and second stage network heaters, respectively; network heaters are connected through a deaerator with economiser, low pressure compressor is connected to the main counter pressure steam turbine shaft, the additional steam turbine is connected by the shaft to the elastic release coupling with the low pressure compressor, the control valve on the superheated steam pipe-line line to the main steam turbine is open both in non-heating, and in the heating mode of the combined heat and power plant operation, in the heating mode the control valve on the superheated steam pipe-line line to the additional steam turbine is opened; in non-heating mode network water of heating network is heated in network heater of first stage and in gas-water heater, heating modes include an elastic releasing coupling, fuel is burnt in the afterburning chamber, a control valve is opened on the superheated steam pipe-line line to the additional steam turbine, network water of the heating network is heated in the network heaters of the first and the second stage and in the gas-water heater.

EFFECT: thermal power plant has high maneuverability during operation in non-heating and heating modes.
