FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: wind-driven power plant consists of a base with a vertical shaft installed therein and connected to generator; rotating blades in axes arranged on brackets fixed on vertical shaft, and rotating blade control device that consists of a vane with cams, which is installed on vertical shaft and equipped with adjustable interceptor; and elastic rods with springs installed between stops on the rod and on the bracket. At that one rod end comes in contact with cam track, and the other rod end is hinged to rotating blade. Brackets are covered with fairings made in the form of a wing, which are made so that angle of attack can be regulated. Besides rotating blades can be installed in axes and offset in the direction of front edges. Vertical shaft can be installed on the base between rolling-contact bearings. Rotating blades can be connected to erection ropes fixed on upper brackets.
EFFECT: power plant allows improving efficiency, and it is serviceable as well.
