FIELD: physics, measurement.

SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to the field of chromatographic purification. Method is suggested for regeneration of chromatographic stationary phase, in which mentioned chromatographic stationary phase contacts with regeneration solution that contains at least one organic acid and less than 75 wt % of water, where specified organic acid is formic acid. The following are also suggested: Method for production of therapeutical polypeptide, in which at least one chromatographic stage is performed, in which chromatographic stationary phase is regenerated by means of above described regeneration method; Application of method for regeneration of chromatographic stationary phase according to invention in production of therapeutical polypeptide and Chromatographic stationary phase, which is regenerated by means of suggested regeneration method.

EFFECT: provision of efficient method of chromatographic stationary phases regeneration to increase life time of expensive initial materials and to prevent growth of pressure difference at chromatographic fibres, regeneration method, which is suitable for in-situ regeneration of chromatographic stationary phases in production installations.
