FIELD: electrics.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns electric equipment, particularly quartz device for frequency stabilisation, quartz resonators. Accortding to the invention, high-level vacuum is maintained in small-sized metal quartz resonator cavity after case sealing due to activation of gas absorber. At the same time satisfactory temperature mode is reached in quartz piezo element during activation of gas absorber. To achieve the effect, resonator includes metal case holding quartz piezo element and electrodes, gas absorber and protection metal screen between quartz piezo element and gas absorber. Heat conducting contact is connects protection screen and case to enable heat withdrawal from protection screen to case. Protection screen and gas absorber are thermally isolated from each other, and thermal insulation is provided between case and gas absorber as well.
EFFECT: safe temperature mode for quartz piezo element during activation of gas absorber to achieve required high temperature.
