FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: quartz oscillator consists of a metal evacuated case in which a ceramic substrate with mounted electronic components, a nonevaporable getter and an unpackaged quartz piezoelectric cell are placed. The metal body is made in the form of a base with hermetically sealed electric inputs and a metal cover connected to the base, a through hole in the form of a cone is made from the outside in the base of the generator housing and, accordingly, a getter housing with a gas-absorber pressed internally is made in the form of a cone-shaped part, the walls of the hole being coated with solder, and the lateral surfaces of the getter housing are coated with gold coating with a sublayer of titanium-nickel, or a thin layer of solder, and annular grooves are made to retain molten solder on the side surfaces. A conical hole in the base of the generator housing is covered with a thin thermal shield with holes on the side of the internal volume of the generator housing.
EFFECT: simplified design of the quartz generator.
