FIELD: physics; radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, mainly to use of piezoelectric devices for stabilising and selecting frequency and is aimed at increasing dynamic stability of frequency. The said problem is solved in a quartz crystal oscillator, which has at least one crystal resonator, which has a housing, a quartz piezoelectric element inside the housing, and electrical leads connected to the quartz piezoelectric element, as well as at least one temperature sensor and at least one temperature-compensating circuit, which can control frequency of the quartz crystal oscillator depending on the temperature shown by the temperature sensor. According to the invention, at least one temperature sensor and at least one electrical lead of the crystal resonator, connected to the quartz piezoelectric element, has a heat contact.
EFFECT: more efficient temperature compensation in a quartz crystal oscillator.
