Therefore, a nidus is covered by non-contact laser radiation of wave length 1264 nm. A light energy dose is 150-250 J/cm2. Herewith, the exposure covers the whole pathological surface and 1.5-2 cm of healthy tissues.
EFFECT: method allows preventing complications following introduction of conventional photosensitising dyes, cosmetic defect, postoperative complications due to fast healing of an affected region, termination of the tumour growth, with reducing traumatism of the method and number of recurrences.
