FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves covering wound surface with xenogenous preserved peritoneum plate and fixing thereof. Plate is fixed under defocused diode laser beam visual control in fixed mode with wavelength of 805 nm and power of 3-5 W in sequentially treating the whole plate surface at distance of 3-5 mm with light guide speed of 1-1.5 mm/s until parenchymatous hemorrhage stops completely and its color changes.
EFFECT: usable in any wound geometry cases; excluded risk of secondary parenchyma injury and necrosis.
