SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science. Method includes intrauterine introduction of antiseptic medical solution. Thus heavily gas-cut water carbonic gas saturated of mineralisation 0-5.0/dm³ is used as liquid base of antiseptic solution. Gas-cut water is preheated up to 25°C-35°C. Then Esmarch's irrigator is inserted to uterus cavity and antiseptic solution in amount 6-10 litres is introduced. Then Esmarch's irrigator is quickly inclined and lowered down to ankle joint and suck away filled liquid to complete outflow. Esmarch's irrigator is removed and furasolydon suppositories in number 5-8 is introduced. High therapeutic efficiency of specified medicinal product solutions is provided due to application of gas-cut water as liquid base thereof.
