FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to syringes for dosed introduction into organism tissues of liquid medications, used only for one injection. Disposable syringe contains cylinder with nozzle, flange and with located in cylinder piston with installed in it rod and at least one cutting element. Cutting element is made in form of cup, which forms cavity between piston and inner side of cutting element. In place of contact with cylinder wall, cutting element has sharp edge. Outer side of piston and cutting element are made in such way that integrity of membrane during motion from nozzle is ensured. Cylinder contains at least one projecting inside cylinder membrane.

EFFECT: in simplification of cutting element construction, safety of usage due to cylinder construction, which does not acquire applying additional effort during injection.
