FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: one-time syringe has moving member 14 made as a rod with cylindrical ratchet teeth 28. Stop spring clamp 40 is suspended loosely from ratchet part of moving member. Clamp is manufactured from flexible material, and its position determines maximum dose introduced by syringe. During operation, the first drawing of moving member with respect to cylinder 12 makes it possible to take medicinal preparation into cylinder hollow since pressure tooth of stop spring clamp slides over surface of ratchet teeth as a result of its radial flexibility. In this case, stop spring preserves its relative position in cylinder by means of sharp contact ends directed outwards and inserted into internal surface of side wall 17 of cylinder. When introducing medicinal preparation, stop spring clamp is displaced along with moving member since pressure tooth directed inwards interacts with ratchet tooth base and is moved together with the latter. The second reciprocating motion turns to be interlocked when stop spring clamp is set to extreme front position by means of ratchet tooth which pushes pressure tooth of stop spring. EFFECT: simplicity and reduced cost price of syringe mechanism. 44 cl, 12 dwg
