SUBSTANCE: composite disposable syringe contains cylinder; needle; piston containing extended rod and cuff; facility piston lock-out in cylinder if additional effort is applied to piston in a direction to front end face after liquid is replaced from cylinder; hinge cylinder supporting extended protective shield covering needle and having two lateral walls forming longitudinal groove, and back wall located between lateral walls forming niche with internal surface together with lateral walls. Shield is rotating from open position when needle is outside, to closed position when front end of needle is within shield groove. While rod is moving inside of cylinder, cuff forms hermetic seal with cylinder internal surface, allowing to soak liquid up in cylinder cavity and to replace it when rod with cuff is moving relative to cylinder.

EFFECT: improved protective properties due to use of several protective facilities operated with one hand.
