FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of sport games. Goalkeeper-imitating mockup is installed and fixed at set distance from water polo gates and its guards are regulated to set protection level. Three training floating cartridges with balls are installed approximately on central longitudinal line of water polo field or perpendicularly to it. Cartridges are installed at close, middle and far distances from water polo gates. After that, sportsman performs series of attacking throws, starting successively from far or close training floating cartridge. After finishing all throws, each attacking throw and each series are analysed and evaluated in accordance with developed methods of estimation.
EFFECT: increasing level of evaluating skills of accurate hitting of water polo gates.
