FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports, in particular to the formation of technical and tactical actions and the development of the necessary physical qualities of athletes-volleyball players. Proposed device comprises a contact surface from which the athlete pushes his feet, closing the electrical circuit, a signal from which is transmitted through the electric wires through the control unit, in which in an arbitrary order a signal is transmitted, which is transmitted via electric wires to the light signaling devices located on the panel, informing the direction of the simulating attack of the opponent when the athlete touches the sensors of the fixation located on the light alarms with the hands, thus it is possible to determine the rate of his reaction when setting the unit, but due to stretching in the jump of a rubber harness fixed with a belt on the trunk, and with the harness reinforcement on the floor, an additional effort is created on the athlete's feet, increasing his speed-strength indicators, the data on the results of the training process are displayed on the monitor.
EFFECT: method provides an opportunity to increase the speed of the reaction of volleyball players when the unit is executed in a jump at the time of simulation of the opponent's attack, the development of correct technical and tactical actions, the training of hopping endurance (speed and strength) and the quality control of the training process, the intensification of the speed-strength endurance of the players.
