FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of fine and droplet irrigation and can be used in mobile installations to obtain size of water droplets, permissible for wide range farm irrigation with increased energy and vitality of water. Task of the invention is the creation of a universal nozzle for sprinkling machines, which provides the specified water discharge, fine sprinkling irrigation, possibility of carrying out simplified maintenance, increased energy and vitality of water. For this on the inner cavity of the case of fine sprinkling machine is installed a conical flow divider. Screw guides with left side directivity are placed on the outer surface of the divider. Conical divider formed is connected to the lower edge of the outlets radially. Number of entries of screw guides equals the number of outlets. Number and diameter of openings is selected depending on the specified fine sprinkling irrigation. Outlets are made in the case at a tangent to the inner diameter of the case and are directed anticlockwise. On the outer surface of the case are placed deflector blades, made in the form of a concave cup. Bottom of the cup is made radially equal and connected with the lower edges of the outlets. At the bottom of the cup connected with the outer edge of the outlet are fixed deflector blades, executed in logarithmic spirals and directed anticlockwise. Number of deflector blades is equal to the number of outlets. Height of the blades at the exit edges of the outlets exceeds their diameter. Exit edges of the deflector blades are connected with the outer edges of the cup of the deflector disperser. Deflector blades from the outlet side have a vertical wall, and the opposite wall is inclined to the vertical plane. Conical flow divider is fixed on the inner cavity with the help of threads.
EFFECT: improving operational reliability, simplification of the construction, obtaining fine sprinkling irrigation water, possessing energy and vitality and increasing yield.
