FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to woodworking industry and may be used in heat-and-moisture woodworking, wood materials, and also various items from wood. Device for woodworking comprises chamber having zone intended for placement of wood stack, heating elements and agitator of coolant circulation available in chamber, which is separated by at least one partition into two cavities with the possibility of coolant flow from one cavity into the other cavity via zone intended for installation of wood stack, at that inlet of coolant circulation agitator is hydraulically connected to one cavity, and outlet - to the other. At least one specified cavity along longitudinal axis of chamber is arranged as narrowing in direction of coolant flow that passes through cavity connected to outlet of coolant circulation agitator.
EFFECT: possibility is provided for more uniform working of wood, from which wood stack is formed, expenses are reduced for coolant pumping due to significant reduction of vortical overflows of coolant in chamber cavities, average value of processed wood residual moisture is reduced, balanced moisture is reduced, wood structure uniformity is increased, uniformity of its density is increased.
