FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to hoisting equipment. The lift has cabin (11) and a counterweight (12) in the shaft (10). An actuating machine (20) is mounted on the traverse bar (8) or the roof (10a) of the shaft. The actuating machine has two drive areas (3, 3') separated from each other. At least one unit of the actuating machine (20) is on the left or right of both drive areas (3, 3'). The distance between the two drive areas (3, 3'), and consequently, between bearing and guide apparatus (19, 19'), corresponds to at least the bottom width of rail guide (5) of the cabin or counterweight (9) and at most three times the bottom width of rail guide (5) of the cabin, or the distance (D) between two drive areas (3, 3'), and consequently, bearing and guide apparatus (19, 19'), is 100-250 mm.
EFFECT: invention allows for optimising the forcer transferred to the connecting structures, and reduces space required for the actuating machine.
