FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction and may be used in erection of multistory residential, public and industrial buildings. Multistory building consists of external multi-layer wall, of internal layers made of different materials and resting on slabs of every floor, and of external layer made of reinforced concrete panels, which is separated from them by air gap communicating to atmosphere of external layer. Upper ends of panels are fixed by means of metal links to slab panels, and lower ends of panels are installed on slabs by means of metal links in points of their resting on internal bearing structures. Building is provided with additional links in the form of suspensions that connect slabs in spans to lower ends of panels, at that slab does not rest on upper ends of panels.
EFFECT: elimination of negative effect of heat and moisture deformations of external layer panels onto slabs and internal layers of external walls.
