FIELD: mechanics, electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises the delivery of operating net-like electrodes to the target, net straightening and injuring by electric discharge. Aforesaid operating electrodes are fitted into tubular inflatable elements made from gastight material to deliver, straighten and keep the operating electrodes onto the target. The proposed device comprises a casing housing the power supply, voltage converter and gas source, the push buttons to cut in gas and discharger, locking push button and net-like electrodes fitted into tubular inflatable elements made from gastight material to form a 3D structure.
EFFECT: efficient injury.
