FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for estimate immediately in field requirements with high degree of objectivity and reliability of effects of individual linear measurings apart more than 1353 metres. Method provides carrying out of additional measurings on control marks the test objects with three horizontal marks in the form of mirrors. The central control mark is combined with the sighting target and the electronic distance metre; measure lengths of collimating rays L1, L2, L to control marks the test objects with tL accuracy. On the observed data, calculate distance between centres of the extreme marks under the formula bpract=(2L1 2+2L2 2-4L2)1/2 and the obtained value is compared to its test object fixed value btestingobj. Weight of EL individual linear measuring is estimated under relation of absolute value of discrepancy Δb =\btestingobj-bpract.\ to theoretical accuracy of the linear measuring tL, counting its numerical value under the formula EL=(1+Δb/tL)-1.
EFFECT: expansion of scope and increase of objectivity and reliability of effects.
