SUBSTANCE: ultrasound for acceleration of chemical reaction is generated by transformer in the form of U-tube device which includes the first and second exciting cores from magnetostrictive material with the exciting windings wound on them. The U-tube device consisting of set of plates joined among them from of a magnetically soft alloy. The uniform independent wire spiral twists all plates forming one of exciting cores, including backlash overlap between two groups of plates on which this core is partite. Another independent spiral twists all plates forming other exciting core, including a backlash overlap between two groups of plates on which this core is partite. The device contains perceiving magnet executed similarly to the transformer. In perceiving windings of perceiving magnet the vibrational voltage is generated. The generated voltage is compared with a preset value in driving contour which arranges voltage submitted on exciting windings to preset value.
EFFECT: possibility to use for large-capacity reactions.
