FIELD: aquaculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aquaculture and can be used to produce starter feed for juvenile fish at fish breeding facilities. The method includes transferring 2.5 g of Artemia cysts in 25 ml of fresh water containing 0.006 ml of epibrassinolide for 30 minutes. Then the cysts are incubated for 24-30 hours in 1 litre of an aqueous solution containing 30 g of non-iodized table salt at a temperature of 27-30°C and constant aeration.
EFFECT: invention provides for an increased yield of Artemia nauplii.
