FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of starting live fodder in aquaculture and a kit for production thereof. Method for obtaining free-floating larvae of cysts in diapause condition is characterized by that artemia at stage of cysts in diapause state is subjected to incubation and contact with at least one activator compound, containing a benzene ring, in which two hydrogen atoms in the para position are substituted with two hydroxyl groups and at least one hydrogen atom is substituted with a sulphonate group. Activator compound is added to the medium to be released less than 8 hours after the onset of incubation. Set for obtaining freely floating larvas of brine at a stage of cysts in a state of diapause contains in a package a portion of brine at a stage of cyst in a state of diapause and an activating compound, containing a benzene ring, in which two hydrogen atoms in the para position are substituted with two hydroxyl groups and at least one hydrogen atom is substituted with a sulphonate group.
EFFECT: using the group of inventions improves hatchability.
