FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods of chocolate products manufacture and production of molds from chocolate products. Template of moulding plate, in which template elements are located on template board with the help of stencil. Moulding plate with cavities flattened with engraved images on print board is produced by means of placement of mixed solution from silicon compound and hardener in template after removal of any air bubbles in solution under vacuum. Material of moulding plate is hardened, mold is cut, and then final hardening is carried out (for instance, in chamber of heat fixation). Moulding plate is used for production of chocolate product of two (or more) colours with thin pattern of chocolate of at least one colour on chocolate of another colour.
EFFECT: production of moulding plates with high extent of accuracy and/or repetition.
