FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely, oncology, and can be used in a complex conservative cancer treatment of an infraampullar rectum department. On the operation eve sampling of 200 ml an autoblood is made. With the method of centrifugation from blood plasma, leukomass are allocated, placing 20 ml of autoplasma and 500 mg of 5-FU in the first vial, 20 ml of autoplasma and 500 mg of 5-FU in the second vial, 20 ml of autoleukomass and 500 mg of 5-FU in the third vial, in the fourth vial - the remained components of blood and 50 mg of oxaliplatin. The vials are incubated separately during 40 minutes at 37°C. During the operation, 5 ml of autoplasma with 5-FU from the first vial are injected into the "leg" of an exophytic tumour, then its excising and introduction of the remained autoplasma with 5-FU from the first vial in mucous and a submucosal layer of an intestine round a removed tumour is made. The autoleukomass with 5-FU from the third vial is transcutaneously entered into a pararectal fat in a zone of a removed tumour. An autoplasma with 5-FU from the second vial is entered in a lymphatic vessel of the footstep. An autoblood with oxaliplatin from the fourth vial is entered intravenously-driply throughout all operation.
EFFECT: method allows reducing invalidism of patients at the expense of performance of conservative operation, to reduce amount of relapses and metastasises.
