The receiver-radiator it is supplied by an agent of an operational control of an angle of its inclination to an axis of the stick in the course of movement of the user. In addition there is a transmitter with the radiating aerial, an including button, the pendular switch, the relay and the receiver with the catching aerial. The transmitter is executed in the form of consistently included a setting high-frequency generator, the phase manipulator which second input is bridged to an exit of the generator of pseudo-random series, and the power amplifier, which exit the receiver - in the form of consistently connected to the catching aerial of the amplifier of high frequency, a line of a delay and the phase detector which second input is bridged to an exit of the amplifier of high frequency is connected to the radiating aerial, and, and the exit is connected to the block of registration and an alarm signal annunciator.
