SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely, cosmetology and can be used for correction of age and cosmetic defects of the face skin. The method includes application of an agent of following structure: phenol 32-35 wt %; oil of calendula 5.0-5.54 wt %; glycerin 11.9-12.59 wt %; betadyne 8.87-9.46 wt %; thiamin 0.038-0.042 wt %; riboflavin 0.028-0.032 wt %; ascorbic acid 0.048-0.052 wt %; water of double distilling - 39.5-40.27 wt % under an adhesive mask on a face skin for 30-36 hours. After removal of the given agent, an agent for transfer of colliquative necrosis in dry before formation of a dry crust is placed on a skin within 6-8 days 2 times a day. Then for 20-25 hours the ointment containing zinc oxide, then the necrotising layer of the skin is removed and Celestioderm-B with Garamycinum is placed under the wadded layer. Then within two months, sun-protection and nutritious creams are placed on a skin, besides, after removal of a phenol-containing agent, in addition a cream containing silver is applied on the skin of eyelids within 2-4 days two times a day.

EFFECT: proposed method allows to reduce treatment terms at the expense of complex influence, to warn postoperative complications and to improve cosmetic results.
