SUBSTANCE: invention concerns process of obtaining of medical preparations of blood plasma, namely, the method of clearing of preparations of the immunoglobulins received in the industrial way of a spirituous fractionating, from impurity of a dissolvent and a detergent applied at the stage of an additional inactivation of viruses. The given method includes solvent processing and clearing of impurity of virus-inactivated solutions of immunoglobulins. Thus, the solutions are processed using a sterile solvent-detergent admixture in quantity, sufficient for creation of a virus-inactivating dose of reagents in a solution. Clearing of impurity is performed by sedimentation by the solution of the acid with the subsequent extraction of a solvent and a detergent cocoa butter. Oil is preliminary process ad by boilding in a solution of 0.1N a hydrochloric acid, wash out the distilled water and sterilise. Extraction of a solvent and detergent cocoa butter is performed at active hashing at temperature 37-45°C, then an admixture is cooled to 8°C and left for oil hardening then the oil and the formed deposit are removed.

EFFECT: invention allows to improve technologies of obtaining of virus-inactivated solutions of immunoglobulins with the kept physical and chemical properties and specific activity with use of simple techniques safe for the patients.
