FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and specifically to a method of producing a complex of IgG, IgM and IgA immonoglobulins for intravenous administration. The method involves dissolving an alcohol Cohn plasma fraction III containing immunoglobulins in a buffer solution. Protein concentration is brought to 0.5-5% and pH of the solution is set at 4.9-5.1 by adding 1.0 M hydrochloric acid at temperature of 0-20°C. Ultrafiltration, diafiltration, dialysis or a combination of these techniques is performed. Sterilising filtration is carried out, wherein purification from protein impurities, including lipoproteins, from plasma fractions, is carried out with sodium caprylate. Removal of isoagglutinins is carried out by affinity chromatography using a 0.1 M acetate buffer solution at pH 5.2-6.5. The preparation is then heated to temperature not higher than 29°C for 18-48 hours to lower anticomplementary activity and settled for at least one month at room temperature.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a preparation having not only high concentration of antiviral, but antibacterial antibodies, which is areactogenic during intravenous administration.
