FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a wad of porous material for applying on a wound surface, the encapsulating top layer for overlapping of surfaces of a wound and a wad which can be fixed on the skin surface, at least one feeding line going to the wad for the liquid active substance, having and one controlled locking element, and controls has the adjustable locking element, at least one taking away line going to the wad which is connected to a source of vacuum. The controls control locking elements in time. The liquid active substance contains bacteriophages. The pump controlled on pressure is included in feeding line. In the wad or under the encapsulating top layer gauges for change of concentration of bacteriophages, pH and temperatures for adjustment of duration of influence are placed. The method of applying of the active substances containing bacteriophages is discovered.
EFFECT: invention provides effective treatment of wounds.
