FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to an antibacterial agent based on a suspension of bacteriophage particles. Agent is characterized by the fact that it contains cluster silver and polyvinylpyrrolidone with the following quantitative content of the components: cluster silver, 0.25–15.0 mcg/ml, polyvinylpyrrolidone at a final concentration of 0.4–0.8 mg/ml, suspension of bacteriophage particles at a concentration of 105–107 PFU/ml.
EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the spectrum of action of the proposed drug by reducing the residual phagoresistant and concomitant pathogenic microflora during the treatment process.
